You may want to use a block in this flow. Slowing down every movement to ensure we are totally focused on the core, the core engaging to help strengthen movements and improving stability. A great class if you're just starting out focusing on your core.

*Grab a block and strap* This isn't your typical Yoga class. I will be talking and explaining a lot, so expect to learn A LOT about your body and how to improve/avoid knee pain. I will run you through some exercise to work on, so once you have watched this video you could just continue repeating those exercises. Remember the work is down to you, watching this video once isn't going to be a radical improvement.
