L2/3 | Work those Hammies Stretch Flow | 30 Mins
I know I always go on about working within your limits, and NOT with your ego but in this session I want you to push right up to that mark. Working in to a lot of deep hamstring stretches, please listen to your bodies and not over do it! This is a great one to keep coming back to.
L2/3 | Back Bending Vinyasa Flow | 30 Mins
As I always remind you, 'Practice within your limits, not with your ego'. We are working towards a peak pose of Wheel, but you may not reach there. Which is absolutely FINE! Keep coming back to this class, practice the strengthening exercises and check out the pose guide.
L2/3 | Don't drop the Block Ladder Flow | 45 Mins
GRAB 2 BLOCKS Ok lets play a little game, called 'Don't drop the Blocks'. This is going to test all your core and upper body strength you have been building on. This ladder flow, adds more poses as we flow through the class, a perfect way to increase stamina. Work it!
