We focus a lot on activating the glutes, but sometimes forget to give them a nice stretch as well. Remember that when you are sitting your glute muscles are lengthening, therefore weakened and not working effectively. Make glutes strength & stretching part of your weekly routine.

This session starts and ends with pranayama, slotted in between are so gorgeous stretches for the whole body. You will need blocks and/or cushions. *I noticed that I said 'increasing thyroid issues, rather than improving. Hopefully it doesn't affect the class too much*
